We advise pre-booking your tickets to avoid disappointment. We are unable to accept same day bookings online.Â
Tickets can still be purchased on the day at the door but please note that we reserve the right to accept only pre-booked tickets if we experience a high volume of visitors. There may be a wait to gain admission to the attraction.
Pre-bookings can only be made up to the day before the intended visit.

No time slot is required when booking, please arrive between opening and last admission times.
Whilst we love dogs, we can only accept registered assistance dogs.
Due to safeguarding, health and safety policies, shoes and appropriate clothing must be worn at all times such as shirts, t-shirts, trousers, shorts, skirts etc. Bathing/Bikini wear is not permitted.
The aquarium is wheelchair, mobility scooter and pushchair friendly.
